Operation & Maintenance Service

When you invested in your solar photovoltaic (PV) system, you committed not only to producing electricity in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner but also to achieving a return on investment. To realize that return and continue to receive the benefits of owning a PV plant, the system needs to function effectively across its lifespan.

Our in-house PV team, based in Tockwith, North Yorkshire, has extensive knowledge of PV systems. We can help resolve any issues you may encounter. Our Operation and Maintenance (O&M) service provides unlimited telephone support and remote monitoring for a low, fixed fee, provided you have a monitoring platform available for us to use.

Most operational issues experienced by solar PV system owners can be diagnosed and resolved online or over the phone. Our in-house O&M team will attempt to diagnose, and repair using monitoring systems and will liaise with equipment manufacturers.

If the issue cannot be diagnosed remotely, the next step is to send an engineer to physically inspect the system. As a member of the operations and maintenance scheme, you will not incur a call-out charge for this service. Any necessary repairs, parts and additional work will be quoted separately, allowing you to review and approve the work.
