Old Sleningford Hall

Old Sleningford Hall, a 19th Century grade ll listed building located in Mickley, North Yorkshire, is surrounded by approximately 350 acres of working farmland and woodland including an award winning permaculture ‘forest garden’ and a stable block that has been converted into living space with a studio for art courses.

To compliment their aim to demonstrate a self reliant low impact way of life, the owners sought the help of Duncan Renewables to install a new heating system for the Hall and the stables on the Estate. Our skilled team advised the owners on the available sustainable heating options which led to the installation of a 150kW Viessmann Kob Eco 151 Log Boiler with 15,000L thermal store positioned in a barn and adjacent shed.

“Duncan Renewables have provided exceptional technical advice and back-up and the installation was completed both to time and to budget.”
